Kirby Goetz –
Physical Therapist

Kirby is originally from Springfield. She graduated from Saint Louis University in May 2016 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Professional interests include orthopedics and pediatrics. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, running, spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs.

Kayla Hauger –
Physical Therapist

Kayla is from Springfield, Illinois. She attended school and graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and science with a doctorate degree in physical therapy. Kayla worked as a physical therapy aide at Midwest Rehabilitation in 2016 when she was on her summer break from school. During physical therapy school she focused on outpatient orthopedics and was able to work in a spinal cord injury rehabilitation unit in Richmond, Virginia. During her spare time, Kayla enjoys to read, go fishing, hiking, and playing soccer. Her professional interests include outpatient orthopedics and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.

Kelli Bryant –
Physical Therapist

Kelli earned both a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University.  Kelli has spent all of her career working in an outpatient setting, with most of her focus on orthopedics.  Her experience also includes both industrial and vestibular rehab, as well.  Kelli grew up in Mt. Olive, but now lives in Decatur with her husband and 2 sons.  In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her family.

Amanda Kollman –
Physical Therapist

Amanda grew up in Greenview, IL. She graduated from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Amanda’s professional interests include orthopedics and industrial rehab. In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, reading and being outdoors.

Brittni Gilman –
Physical Therapist

Brittni was born and raised in Indiana. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and obtained her doctorate of physical therapy at Old Dominion University in Virginia. Professional interest include orthopedics, geriatrics and neurological patients. She enjoys spending time with family and working in the garden.

Kristen Hamlin –
Occupational Therapist

Kristen graduated from Western Michigan University with both her Masters (Master of Science in Occupational Therapy) and Bachelors (Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences). Throughout grad school she volunteered, and ended up working in, an outpatient pediatric clinic that specialized in trauma. Her professional interests include splinting, post-operative care, and hand therapy. In her free time I enjoy spending time with family/friends, playing with her dog, and anything that involves being outside (camping, hiking, gardening, projects, etc.)

Thomas Shoaff –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Tom graduated from Lake Land Community College in Mattoon, Illinois, with an Applied Associates of Science in Physical Therapy and has B.A. in Biology from Greenville College. His professional interests include orthopedics and aquatics. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, traveling, and being outdoors.

Tracy McGinley –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Tracy graduated from Lake Land Community College in Mattoon, IL with an Applied Associates of Science in Physical Therapy. Her experience is in both out –patient therapy and pediatrics. She enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with friends and family. On a sunny summer day you can find Tracy hanging by her pool.

Yasmeen Hudson –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Yasmeen graduated from Central Illinois College in Peoria, IL with an Associates of Science in Physical Therapy. Her personal interests include orthopedics, aquatic therapy, and hopes to eventually specialize in women’s health PT. She recently relocated from Peoria to Springfield and has enjoyed exploring new places around town. In her free town she also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and hopes to be able to travel more in the near future.

Cheyenne Pieszchalski –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Cheyenne graduated from Lake Land College PTA program in May of 2016, and has been working as a PTA for over 2 years. Over the course of her career, she has worked in all settings of therapy. Her favorite setting is outpatient based therapy. She and her husband live in Shelbyville with her one year old little boy, Owen. She loves spending her time with friends and family outdoors. Her hobbies are yoga, baking, and crafts/sewing.
