Kayla Hauger –
Physical Therapist

Kayla is from Springfield, Illinois. She attended school and graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and science with a doctorate degree in physical therapy. Kayla worked as a physical therapy aide at Midwest Rehabilitation in 2016 when she was on her summer break from school. During physical therapy school she focused on outpatient orthopedics and was able to work in a spinal cord injury rehabilitation unit in Richmond, Virginia. During her spare time, Kayla enjoys to read, go fishing, hiking, and playing soccer. Her professional interests include outpatient orthopedics and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.

Seth Cronin –
Physical Therapist

Seth is from Rochester, Illinois. He played four years of football at St. Ambrose University and graduated with his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University. He chose physical therapy because he has always been fascinated in figuring out not only how the body works, but how to fix it as well. Seth believes that the key to recovery is physical activity, and became a Physical Therapist to allow him to apply that concept in a work space. He enjoys working in the outpatient setting because of the opportunity to get know his patients over a span of time while they are receiving therapy.

Amanda Kollman –
Physical Therapist

Amanda grew up in Greenview, IL. She graduated from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Amanda’s professional interests include orthopedics and industrial rehab. In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, reading and being outdoors.

Molly Morgan –
Physical Therapist

Molly grew up in Virden, IL and graduated with her doctorate degree in physical therapy from Northern Illinois University in 2016. She has worked in Rockford for 2 years at an outpatient neuro rehab clinic and in Jacksonville for 2 years in outpatient orthopedics. Molly’s interest includes orthopedics and neurorehabilitation. She has always loved working with people and therapy gives her the opportunity to spend more time with patients and really assess the whole person. In her spare time Molly really enjoys spending time with my family and being outdoors.

Danielle Sharpstene –
Occupational Therapist

Danielle is originally from Rochester, New York. She attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she received her Bachelors’ Degree in Human Occupation Studies in 2014, and her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2016. Her professional interests include splint fabrication, post-surgical interventions, mental health and neuromuscular re-education. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, traveling, and hiking.

Tracy McGinley –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Tracy graduated from Lake Land Community College in Mattoon, IL with an Applied Associates of Science in Physical Therapy. Her experience is in both out –patient therapy and pediatrics. She enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with friends and family. On a sunny summer day you can find Tracy hanging by her pool.

Yasmeen Hudson –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Yasmeen graduated from Central Illinois College in Peoria, IL with an Associates of Science in Physical Therapy. Her personal interests include orthopedics, aquatic therapy, and hopes to eventually specialize in women’s health PT. She recently relocated from Peoria to Springfield and has enjoyed exploring new places around town. In her free town she also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and hopes to be able to travel more in the near future.

Rachel Urven –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Rachel  graduated from Illinois Central College and she chose physical therapy because she has always found anatomy and figuring out how the musculoskeletal system works together interesting. Rachel has also always been passionate about helping people and helping people regain their function is exciting! She really enjoys working in an outpatient setting and having the chance to get to know patients and see them progress. Rachel is excited to be working at OCI with such a wonderful team as we help people get back on the road to recovery!

Ryan Birk –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Ryan recently graduated from Heartland College and is eager to work with patients in order to gain experience and help them on their road to recovery. Ryan’s personal past with football injuries and working with great physical therapists sparked his interest in physical therapy. He is very excited to work with the great staff at Midwest Rehab as well as the patients to give the best care possible. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his fiance and little boy.
