Seth Cronin –
Physical Therapist & Therapy Director

Seth is from Rochester, Illinois. He played four years of football at St. Ambrose University and graduated with his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University. He chose physical therapy because he has always been fascinated in figuring out not only how the body works, but how to fix it as well. Seth believes that the key to recovery is physical activity, and became a Physical Therapist to allow him to apply that concept in a work space. He enjoys working in the outpatient setting because of the opportunity to get know his patients over a span of time while they are receiving therapy.



Kayla Hauger –
Physical Therapist

Kayla is from Springfield, Illinois. She attended school and graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and science with a doctorate degree in physical therapy. Kayla worked as a physical therapy aide at Midwest Rehabilitation in 2016 when she was on her summer break from school. During physical therapy school she focused on outpatient orthopedics and was able to work in a spinal cord injury rehabilitation unit in Richmond, Virginia. During her spare time, Kayla enjoys to read, go fishing, hiking, and playing soccer. Her professional interests include outpatient orthopedics and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.



Katie Bottom –
Physical Therapist

Katie is from Springfield, Illinois. She studied biological sciences at Eastern Illinois University and continued to get her doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Florida. During her time at USAHS she participated in elective courses in manual therapy, neurological disorders, prosthetics/orthotics, and balance/vestibular disorders. When home throughout PT she worked at OCI as front desk receptionist and PT tech for Midwest Rehab. She has grown professionally during her time at OCI and is excited to be able to work directly with patients helping improve their function and quality of life. Outside of work, Katie enjoys Olympic lifting, traveling worldwide, and snowboarding.



Amanda Kollman –
Physical Therapist

Amanda grew up in Greenview, IL. She graduated from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Amanda’s professional interests include orthopedics and industrial rehab. In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, reading and being outdoors.


Molly Morgan –
Physical Therapist

Molly grew up in Virden, IL and graduated with her doctorate degree in physical therapy from Northern Illinois University in 2016. She has worked in Rockford for 2 years at an outpatient neuro rehab clinic and in Jacksonville for 2 years in outpatient orthopedics. Molly’s interest includes orthopedics and neurorehabilitation. She has always loved working with people and therapy gives her the opportunity to spend more time with patients and really assess the whole person. In her spare time Molly really enjoys spending time with my family and being outdoors.


Staton Rebeck –
Physical Therapist

Staton graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center with his doctorate in physical therapy. He attended William Jewell College in Liberty, MO for his undergraduate education where he majored in biology and played college football. His background in athletics and passion for helping people led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. Staton enjoys working with patients that have orthopedic conditions and helping them rehab back to doing what they love. He is excited to be a part of such an excellent team at Midwest Rehab and hopes to make a positive impact for each of his patients.


Charity Yoggerst –
Physical Therapist

Charity graduated from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO. She loves being a physical therapist in an out patient setting because she loves the progress she sees in her patients from the first to the last day. Charity’s primary goal for her patients is to help them regain their function to be able to do the things that they love! She also loves the close relationships she forms with her patients during the course of their treatment.



Danielle Sharpstene –
Occupational Therapist

Danielle is originally from Rochester, New York. She attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she received her Bachelors’ Degree in Human Occupation Studies in 2014, and her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2016. Her professional interests include splint fabrication, post-surgical interventions, mental health and neuromuscular re-education. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, traveling, and hiking.


Tracy McGinley –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Tracy graduated from Lake Land Community College in Mattoon, IL with an Applied Associates of Science in Physical Therapy. Her experience is in both out –patient therapy and pediatrics. She enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with friends and family. On a sunny summer day you can find Tracy hanging by her pool.



Rachel Urven –
Physical Therapy Assistant 

Rachel graduated from Illinois Central College and she chose physical therapy becuase she had always found anatomy and figuring out how the musculoskeletal system works together interesting. Rachel has also always been passionate about helping people and seeing people regain their function is exciting! She really enjoys working in an outpatient setting and having the chance to get to know patients and see them progress. Rachel is excited to be working at OCI with such a wonderful team as we help people get ack on the road to recovery!



Ryan Birk –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Ryan recently graduated from Heartland College and is eager to work with patients in order to gain experience and help them on their road to recovery. Ryan’s personal past with football injuries and working with great physical therapists sparked his interest in physical therapy. He is very excited to work with the great staff at Midwest Rehab as well as the patients to give the best care possible. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his fiance and little boy.


Elisabeth Brunner –
Physical Therapy Assistant

Elisabeth graduated from Kaskaskia College and decided to become a PTA after attending therapy in high school for an ankle injury. She has always enjoyed participating in sports and played volleyball, basketball, and tennis in college. Elisabeth enjoys working with athletes as she knows firsthand what it takes to get back into a sport after an injury. She received her therapy at Midwest Rehab and is very excited to join the team and help others return to their prior level of function.
