Your well-being is the Orthopedic Center of Illinois’ top priority. Because your health is our priority, we wanted to make sure you’re aware of what we are doing in response to coronavirus disease 2019, also known as COVID-19, to ensure the safety of our patients, our employees, and our community.
At OCI we are adhering to the Center for Disease Control guidelines. We are and have been meticulously and rigorously maintaining a clean environment in our waiting rooms and clinical areas. We are screening our patients both over the phone and in person for any travel history as well as any history of fevers, chills, or cough. We are encouraging any patient who feels ill to reschedule their appointment until they are well. We are encouraging any employee who feels ill or who has a fever related illness to avoid coming to work. We are limiting the number of visitors to the patient plus one during the appointment in order to minimize density and to improve our social distancing. We are continuing to provide care without interruption.
We do our best when we come together, and times like this bring our community closer. We’re thankful you’re part of that community. We hope you take pride in the Orthopedic Center of Illinois’ leadership at this time – your confidence in us makes us stronger.
On behalf of our hardworking staff and clinical team, we thank you for being part of our family and wish you and your loved ones health and wellness during this difficult time.
